1. Do you bathe/ groom cats?

 We do not offer services for cats.

2. Do you have a weight limit?

Yes, we do not accept dogs over 50lbs. 

3.How long does the groom take? 

Typically, one to two hours, sometimes more, sometimes less.

4.Do you need power or water? 

 Our trailer is fully self-contained! We have a generator and water tanks.

5.Do you block my driveway?

 We tend to not, as we are a trailer, it is hard to find parking in some locations. We ask that if you need to leave during the grooming session to give us a heads up before we begin.

6.Do you express anal glands? 

No, we do not, this is a service that should be completed by a vet.

7.Why does mobile grooming cost so much? 

 Mobile Grooming offers so many advantages to you and your pup, but it does cost a bit more than a salon. Mobile grooming offers personalized, one-on-one service, we can only work on one dog at a time and service a limited number of dogs in one day. Mobile grooming is not a high-volume business, rather it is a premium service designed to reduce the stress of grooming your dog and to be a convenience and time-saver for you. 

8.Where do you service?

 We service around Furlong, PA 18925. We are located not to far from Doylestown & Newtown! We are accepting new clients in Doylestown, Furlong, Jamison, Newtown, New Hope, and Richboro. If you want to make sure you are within our service area, please send a text message to 215-534-1285. WE DO NOT SERVICE NEW JERSEY.

9.Do you offer deskunking? 

No we do not. 

10. Can I see the inside of your trailer?

 Absolutely! We are very proud to show off our trailer, we can give you a tour when we arrive. We ask for privacy while we are grooming your pet.

11.Will you groom my aggressive dog? 

We do not offer services to aggressive dogs. Our policy does not accept them. In the event a dog is aggressive during the groom, we will contact and return to owner. We have the right to refuse service, we will charge a fee depending on what has been completed. Please protect us and your pup! 

12.Can I schedule an ongoing appointment? 

Yes, we prefer each customer to be on a 2, 4 ,6, or 8week schedule. This also guarantees you will get the time and date you prefer!
